Rolling Any Convex Wheel - Rhino Palooza Part 4

In my previous "Rhino Palooza" post I built an automatically rolling wheel, then a rolling ball, then a rolling ball on an uneven surface. What more is there? Well when I made those posts back in January 2018 I came across this demonstration of a rolling egg. ​​

I've did some digging to try and find Mikes Best's original demo (which this one was based on), but to no avail. So I'm back to try and recreate the effect and provide a guide for it if possible. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it but hopefully I'll learn some new techniques along the way. So let's get started by creating a rolling convex wheel.
